Setting up a new Quickbooks Online account for a client is an exciting process! We custom set-up the account to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences, with easy access to their information. How often do you Work on accounts?
We check in on our clients accounts weekly, Asking questions, providing solutions, etc on as needed basis too!
Can you do my Taxes?
We have a partner for that! Our partnered tax preparer(s) can take care of your tax needs, and be billed directly through your S&S Services. We work directly with them to help make the process easier for you!
How do I sign up for services?
You simply schedule a consultation, send an email, or give us a call to discuss your needs!
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, all clients sign a service contract regardless of the services you receive. We want to ensure protection for our Clients.
Am I locked into a long term contract?
We typically do contracts for the remainder of the current calendar year. Additionally, only require a 30 day notice prior to the end of your current contract to terminate services. Otherwise the next invoice will be considered due. Review your service contract for additional details.
Monthly contracts available upon request. Get a discount for signing up for a year of support!
